The Eyedropper Tool

The Eyedropper tool  is used to pick up a style from one of the diagram elements. This is a very useful tool because there will be many times when you want to apply similar styles to various diagram objects and you don’t want to go all the way through the style chooser menu. In this case, simply switch to the Eyedropper tool in the Tools menu available on left of your screen. Click on the diagram element you want to select to pick up its style. In the little flyout menu you will see that the selected option automatically switches from the Select source to Apply.

This means that now you are ready to apply the selected style. Click on the diagram object you want to style.

You can apply the whole style including fill, stroke, text fill and text properties, or you can select one or more options and combine them in the way you like.
